My weekend at the beach.

Hello blog people. So a couple of weekends ago, I went to stay in a house right next to the beach, you may have seen my little .gif that I posted the other day. But I was bloody close. Not many people can say that they were on the beach in the middle of November in 24 degree heat. So I was happy, the beach after all is my most favourite place. In this set, there are a couple of photos of me - don't be alarmed, I don't think you can see my face in any of them, and it was still me who took them, on self-timer. It's a beautiful thing!! So I hope you enjoy the photos just as much as I enjoyed that beautiful weekend. Let's start things off with the blog celebrity, Leane....

There I am. I had 10 seconds to leg it over those rocks. Which made the birds fly. So I like this photo :)

Here I am again, and I really did have to leg it in this one, My camera gives me ten little seconds. There were a few outtakes for this shot, but I persevered!

Me again. I apologise.

There's just something about mini converse...

I love this, I wish I could have found someway to put it on self timer so I could be in it - can you see my empty chair? This is just so French, everyone crowded round the table like this. I love it :)

I went for a walk on the rocks in the morning and there was a husband and wife prizing all the limpets of the rocks to eat later. The french call them, Chinaman's Hats. I think that is an awesome name!

I couldn't decide which feet photo I liked best, so they both went in..

She just took a dive. Absolutely hilarious! And I love the seaweed in her hair!!

A Frenchman wearing a Northampton Rugby shirt. Too cool..

This photo is far from perfect, it's out of focus for a start, but it was pitch black so I couldn't see a thing. I set the camera down, nearly crying because it was a beach - and if there's one thing I don't want in my camera, is sand. I set it down and legged it in 10 seconds in the pitch black, surprised I didn't break my neck. And then I had to stay as still as possible for 25 seconds. So that's why I like it. And also, you can see the stars :)

The last day and seeing as we were so close to the beach, the boys bought the table onto the beach to have apero. Awesome.

I promise there was someone standing just out of frame ready in case she took a leap.. But she's not that stupid :)

I know that was a lot of photos, and a lot of talking on my behalf, but I hope you liked them. Until next time.. xx

Leane: Part 2

Here she is, part two, as promised. I just can't get over how photogenic this kid is.. Enjoy...

Her daddy's a fireman, so I thought we'd have a little photo on the back of the truck.

I love this one below, she is the cutest. She was telling me about the moon here, she loves it.

Her eyes. My goodness.

Yes I was lying in the road for these 2. But it's okay, I'm still alive!

Hands down. No lie. This photo below is my absolute favourite of her. I haven't taken one better, I love it because its natural - she was playing, I called her name and she looked at me. The lighting was difficult to get a decent shot and I managed it and I just love the colours, especially of her cheeks and lips. Love it so much.

Look at those little legs.

I hope you liked them, I'm just about done with my photos I took at the beach a couple of weeks ago, so fingers crossed over the weekend I can get them up.

Théo&Lucas.

I want it note that these two little kids are the cutest ever. I went round their house the other day for a beautiful French meal and I couldn't resist taking a couple of photos. First up is Théo and he wasn't in anyway afraid of the camera. We had our own little game of peek-a-boo. So precious.

Je veux dire que ces petits gamins sonts les plus mignons ! L'autre jour, je suis allée chez eux pour un beau repas et je pouvais pas résister à prendre quelques photos. Prémierement, on a Théo, et il adorait l'appareil photo !

Now we have little Lucas. He was so calm and well behaved, I was considerably impressed. I asked him very nicely if I could take a few photos of him reading his favourite book. He said okay and here you go...

Et puis on a petit Lucas. Il était super calme et trop bien élevé, j'étais impressionée ! Je l'ai demandé si je pourrais prendre quelques photos de lui et son livre préféré. Il a dit oui, donc voilà...

I really want to do a photo shoot with this kids now. Sonia? You reading this?

Et maintentant, je veux super bien de faire une séance de photo avec ces gamins adorables. Sonia? Tu lis ?

Noah.

So I had my first proper photo shoot in France, and I was bricking it! He was so cute, but very tired, so he wasn't overly keen on having his photo taken. However, I tried my best and here are some of my favourites..

First photo of the shoot for light testing, and it turns out to be one of my favs...

Another favourite right here... And yes I was rolling around on the ground to get that shot.

My absolute favourite. I love the fact his little tshirt has risen up :)

Hope you liked them.. More posts soon this week xxxx
